    City Hall is now fully operational at temporary locations as follows:

    If you are looking for the UTILITIES DEPARTMENT, you will find them at the former Commerce drive-thru at 624 S. Albany Ave. This includes utility service, special events applications, business licenses, building permits and park reservations.

    If you are looking for the COURT CLERK to pay a ticket or a fine, you will also need to go to the former Commerce drive-thru at 624 S. Albany Ave.

    If you are looking for the POLICE DEPARTMENT, they are now located in the former Commerce building at 624 S. Albany Ave.

    The FIRE DEPARTMENT is still located at 312 S. Springfield Ave.

    The BUILDING INSPECTOR is now located at the Public Works Building, 2251 W. Broadway.

    The ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT is now located at the Bolivar Municipal Golf Course, 1506 W. Broadway St. This includes business licenses, building permits, park reservations, special events applications and appointments with Administration.
