Kay Dryer has been with the Bolivar Police Department since 1994. She served as a dispatcher for a short time before assuming the position of Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police.
Ms. Dryer’s duties are varied as she accepts calls and greets visitors for the Chief. She handles department correspondence and is responsible for the maintenance of administrative documents and files. She also processes the incident reports and then forwards them to the appropriate prosecutors and/or other agencies.
