I was born in Great Bend, Kansas, in 1961, but raised in Bolivar after moving to Missouri in 1965 when I was four years old. I graduated from Bolivar High School, have been married to my wife Jenise since 1988 and we have two daughters, Lorrie and Lacy.
Public Works

Public Works Administration provides oversight of all public improvement projects and supports the operational efforts of the Animal Control, Street, Utility Billing, Waste Water, and Water Divisions. The Administration guides new infrastructure construction from design to completion, responds to Dig Rite requests by marking the City’s buried utilities and regulates activity in the public right of way. The division also provides turn key design and construction management services for the operational divisions.

I was born in Springfield in 1958, but was raised in Bolivar. My wife, Tammi and I have been married since 1986. My family includes my stepson, Isacc, and daughter, Missy and two wonderful grandchildren.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor - Joe Cornell
I was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Southwest High School.  My wife, Oneita, were married in 1993 and have four daughters, whom have blessed us with four grandchildren.
Water and Sewer Department Supervisor - James Bradshaw
I was born in 1982 and raised in Bolivar, Missouri and graduated from Bolivar High School.  My wife, Stephanie, and I have been married since 2002. We have three beautiful daughters.
