I was born and raised in Bolivar, Missouri. My wife Pauline and I have three daughters and have been blessed with five granddaughters.
After graduating from the Bolivar High School, my tenure with the City of Bolivar began as a laborer in the Water & Sewer Department. I was Operator of the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant for 30 years before leaving the treatment plant for a short time to work with the City’s Street Department. I am currently the Supervisor of the Sewer Department.
