- Provides internal support, administration, management, and external customer service for issues related to the City’s finances.
- Assists with the direction and coordination of financial planning, budgeting, and cash and debt management through purchasing and accounting.
- Provides effective and efficient financial reporting.
- Oversees compliance with federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and codes to ensure the City’s accountability and the prudent use of public funds.
- Maintains internal procedures for the efficient management of assets, investments, collection of revenues, timely vendor payments, and procurement.
